By default, backup in yunohost is supported. You can backup ynh, its config, its system data, user data (located in /home/USER) and apps (wikiJS and Discourse are supported for example) through the web portal or the cli. More info here
Default path for backups: /home/yunohost.backup/archives/your_archive.tar
For a fresh ynh install with wikijs and discourse -> About 1.2GB of data for a backup. You can also backup only some parts of your ynh if you prefer (apps or system only)
Once the backup created you can download it from your browser using ynh api.
Same thing than 1) . Apps and systems are backup in the same archive in /home/yunohost.backup/archives/your_archive.tar
. Everything is included in a backup (apps and their config, discourse db, ynh settings...)
Restic ynh app is still in testing (and only supporting sftp backup transfer) but you can also install the native app and run it over ynh. There is a tutorial which explains that here. It would be the easiest way to backup using S3.
