build: create release 1.0.4

I accidently uploaded ansible-yunohost version 1.0.3 on Ansible Galaxy with source files of a work in progress (I was working on borg backup branch when I built the ansible galaxy archive...). Therefore version 1.0.3 is broken and I can't force Ansible Galaxy to reupload a new version 1.0.3 from master branch. The only solution is to build a new version 1.0.4 (see here for more info).
