feat(ynh_config): add the posibility to change SSH Port

As mentioned in the other git repo, it would be nice to have the possibility to change the SSH port with YunoHost.

I'm working on it: https://forum.yunohost.org/t/config-ssh-utilisation-de-allowusers-ou-allowgroups/21896 It seems that because we have modified the sshd_config file YunoHost struggles to change the SSH port. As soon as I come to "good" config for YunoHost, the command works flawlessly and it manages to change the Port option within the config. It also mdofies fail2ban and opens the port on the YunoHost firewall.

🧠 Do not forget to allow the port on your firewall (custom security group if cloud VPS)
