TODO: improve APT & user tasks to run on restricted environment
like when sudo is limited

- gps (Git Project Status): print unstaged changes with git status
- gpu (Git Project Update): update with git fetch --prune

Some tasks were on both side, this will tidy it.
System and user config are now clearly identified.

- Add config files for my_user
- Add ssh config file
- Add dotfiles for root
- Add GPS prune config (my_user)
- Add idempotence to font config
