Set versions on iOS builds to be the Pipeline IID. Same as Android versionBundleCode This removes the need for complicated Regex code. Simplifies the variables back into those available within a pipeline. Streamlines variables into being shared among multiple builds for consistency

Also remove .vscode and remove support for _per build target_ license file. Per target license was needed before with legacy images, it's not the case anymore with images provided by GameCI.
